We gladly provide each student with one make up class per month. Each make up class must be scheduled through the office in a class that is not full. Make up days must be made up within 4 weeks or you FORFEIT your make up. If you do not show up for a scheduled make up class that is also a FORFEIT. If you can not do a make up class you may get a Indoor Park or Open Gym pass. You can not accumulate missed classes.

Prorating
We only prorate when you sign up for classes part way through a four week session and in June. WE DO NOT PRORATE FOR MISSED CLASSES!
Tuition payments
The early bird rate: pay BEFORE the 1st of each month and receive a $3 early bird discount off tuition.
The regular rate: pay tuition between the 1st-5th of each month.
Late fee: a $5 late fee is added to tuition after the 6th of each month.
NO INVOICES MAILED OUT.
We will post on the front door when tuition is due. You may pay at the office window or use the black drop box located by the office window. Please make checks out to AVG. In the memo part of your check write your child's first & LAST name so that we credit the check to the correct account. We also take cash and all major credit cards.

Annual registration fee
Students must have a completed 2007-2008 registration card on file with the office and waiver signed before attending classes. There is an annual registration fee due at the time of registration.
